DSP Aura

Set up the driver app

Install the DSP Aura driver app and create sign-in accounts for your drivers.

This guide walks you through getting your drivers onto the DSP Aura mobile app: setting a default password, creating their accounts in bulk, and sharing their sign-in details. It takes just a few minutes.

Download the driver app

The DSP Aura driver app is available for Android. Share this link with your drivers so they can install it from the Google Play Store:

Install the DSP Aura driver app →

Ask your drivers to install it now — they’ll sign in once you’ve created their accounts in the steps below.

Step 1 — Set your default employee password

Every account you create is issued with your organization’s default password, so set it before creating any accounts.

  1. Open your organization settings: Organization → Settings.
  2. Find the Default employee password field.
  3. The starting value is Welcome2026#*. Change it to a password of your own, then save.

Step 2 — Confirm your employees are imported

Before creating accounts, make sure every driver already exists as an employee.

  1. Open the Employees page.
  2. Check that all of your drivers appear in the list.

If anyone is missing, add or import them first, then continue.

Step 3 — Create accounts in bulk

  1. Go to the Employees page.
  2. Use the select-all checkbox to bulk-select every employee.
  3. Click the Bulk actions button in the top-right corner.
  4. Choose Create account.

Accounts are created for all selected employees, each using the default password you set in Step 1.

Step 4 — Share sign-in details with your drivers

Your drivers can now sign in to the mobile app. Give each driver:

  • Email — their registered email address.
  • Password — the default password you set in Step 1.

That’s it — once they open the app and sign in, they’re ready to go.

Set a different password for one driver

If a specific driver needs their own password instead of the shared default, you can set one just for them:

  1. Open the Employees page.
  2. Use the search bar to find the driver by name or email.
  3. On that driver’s row, click the actions button (the ⋮ menu) on the right of the row.
  4. Select Change Password.
  5. Enter the new password, then save.
  6. Share the new password with that driver — they’ll be signed out and will use the new password the next time they log in.
