DSP Aura

Cortex Scraper extension

Install and use the DSP Aura Chrome extension that pulls your Amazon Cortex reports into DSP Aura automatically.

The DSP Cortex Scraper is a Chrome extension that does the daily and weekly copy-work between your Amazon Cortex portal and your DSP Aura dashboard for you. Instead of downloading reports by hand and uploading them one by one, you pick a station and a week, click a button, and the extension fetches everything and sends it straight to your DSP Aura account.

What it does

From a single side panel, the extension can sync:

  • Scorecards — the 9 weekly scorecard documents
  • Employees — your driver roster
  • Vehicles — your fleet list
  • Schedule — the weekly schedule and route assignments
  • Dispatch Report — the daily dispatch operations report, including per-driver stop progress
  • Route Reports — route assignment reports
  • Daily Reports — RTS, Negative Feedback, Safety, and DVIC
  • Time Punches — per-driver time-punch data

Everything goes only to your own DSP Aura account — nothing is sent anywhere else.

Before you start

  • Use Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop.
  • Be signed in to your DSP Aura dashboard at dspaura.com in a Chrome tab. The extension reads your login from that tab, so you never have to sign in twice.
  • Be signed in to your Amazon Cortex portal at logistics.amazon.com in the same Chrome browser. That’s where the extension reads your reports from.

Step 1 — Download the extension

Download the extension (ZIP)

No account or sign-in is needed to download — it’s a direct download.

Step 2 — Install it in Chrome

  1. Unzip the file you just downloaded. You’ll get a folder named dsp-cortex-scraper.
  2. Move that folder somewhere permanent (for example, your Documents folder). Don’t delete or move it after installing — Chrome loads the extension directly from this folder.
  3. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions (type it into the address bar and press Enter).
  4. Turn on Developer mode using the toggle in the top-right corner.
  5. Click Load unpacked in the top-left corner.
  6. Select the dsp-cortex-scraper folder you unzipped.
  7. DSP Cortex Scraper now appears in your list — it’s installed.
  8. (Optional but recommended) Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome’s toolbar and pin DSP Cortex Scraper so it’s always one click away.

Step 3 — Use it

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to dspaura.com and to your Amazon Cortex portal (logistics.amazon.com) in Chrome tabs.
  2. Click the DSP Cortex Scraper icon to open its side panel.
  3. Choose your station and the week or date for the report you want.
  4. Pick a tab (Scorecards, Employees, Vehicles, and so on) and start the sync. A progress bar shows each step as it runs.
  5. Leave the tab open while it works. You can keep using DSP Aura or other tabs in the meantime.

Keeping it up to date

When we send you a new version:

  1. Download the new ZIP and unzip it, replacing the old folder in the same location.
  2. Go to chrome://extensions.
  3. Click the reload icon (↻) on the DSP Cortex Scraper card.

If you put the new version in a different folder instead, remove the old one first, then run Load unpacked on the new folder.

Troubleshooting

  • The extension disappeared or stopped working — you probably moved or deleted the unzipped folder. Put it back, or re-run Load unpacked on it.
  • It can’t find your data — make sure you’re signed in to both dspaura.com and your Amazon Cortex portal, and that you’ve selected the correct station and week.
  • A sync is taking a long time — that’s normal for the larger reports. Leave it running; the progress bar will keep you posted.
