Scheduling shifts

How to create, assign, and publish driver schedules in DSP Aura.

This guide covers the day-to-day of building a schedule.

Create a schedule

1. Open Scheduling from the sidebar.
2. Choose the week and station you want to build for.
3. Add shifts by clicking an empty cell, or use Smart Scheduling to auto-assign based on eligibility and scorecard ranking.

Publish

Once you’re happy with the assignments, hit Publish to notify drivers. They receive the schedule in the mobile app and via notification.
